These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between wcc3 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of wcc3 by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that using such services is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
Providing accurate and truthful information when creating a wcc3 account is mandatory. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions, and any such account may be cancelled at any time upon discovery. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please notify our support team immediately.
The wcc3 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Any attempt to hack the platform's systems, software, or databases; gain unauthorized access to another user's account; or disrupt the normal operation of the platform is a criminal offence and may result in legal action.
Using wcc3 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden. If detected, the relevant authorities will be notified immediately. Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users on the platform will not be tolerated.
All transactions on wcc3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50, and a minimum withdrawal limit applies, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process. Withdrawals may be put on hold if your account has not been fully verified. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Any funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the associated account will be closed.
All content, logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and brand elements on the wcc3 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of wcc3. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization. Taking screenshots or recordings of any part of the platform and sharing them with third parties is prohibited.
Wcc3 is not liable for any losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical errors, network issues, or third-party services. Any third-party links or service references on the platform are provided for informational purposes only — wcc3 is not responsible for the content or conduct of those third parties. Users access such services entirely at their own risk.
Wcc3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to harm other users. Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned through the designated process; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will not be refunded.
Wcc3 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to visit this page regularly to stay up to date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
